Newsletter – particularly to raise issue of Playground committee – DW/FG

Treasurer’s report –
Need to advertise for replacement for Ian – grateful for continued support – DW/FG
Sports Centre - £862.12 – outstanding monies in approx £450, outstanding monies out £646.67
Pavilion - £7408.24

Football –
Recent c/o lack of facilities – difficult time but aware of need to maintain good relationships with current users.

Cricket –
2 interested parties for renting pitch MS to make contact
AGM due Feb2011

Tennis –
Recent AGM – reports no changes to officers

Bolt –
Next Bolt 17th June
The committee were made aware that future money raised would be used for other sporting/recreational facilities.

Pavilion –
Bat License due imminently ( has since been granted)
2 companies have submitted similar tenders – ( decision has since been made)
Aim to finish for the Bolt
Check electricity – Tennis lights – MS
