Present- DW, PD, FG, MS, JD, JS, SH, IC
Matters arising –
· Cricket invoices ready to go out-
discussion around helping IC with invoices etc DW/IC/PD to meet to set
up data base. IC to let us know dates available.
· Cricket square has been put to bed.
· IC to forward grass cutting fees to FG. FG to ask Parish Council for financial assistance.
· PD has chased lawn mower claim.
· IC to chase enquiry re Harriers using field for training.
· Parish Council are asking further questions re Section 106 money.
Treasurers - - discussion around helping IC with invoices etc DW/IC/PD
to meet to set up data base. IC to let us know dates available.
Pavilion £4,115.48
Have borrowed £1,595 from Pavilion account – to be re paid when invoices paid.
Tennis – discussion re concerns about new building, advised happy for committee to attend meetings.
Football – no news
Bimble – Good feedback. Thank you to all organisers and helpers. Raised £157.68
Norman Dawson – agreed financial support and would like to involved at each step – welcomed. Jan 28th meeting with NDT.
Vicky Swindells to forward details of the fund applied to for DW so that she doesn’t apply for the same.
Pavilion keys found. Registration tab on them, no one seems to have
lost keys. Key register checked. Apply to committee member
about these if you or someone you know has lost them.
