Diane welcomes everyone, apologies given by (I have lost the list but from memory, Amy, Judy, John, Jan, Pete, David, Russ, and Stephen.) Points from the mins of last meeting. Mower service, Steve done. (thank you) Check with Nigel youth team organisation for summer and put contact number in the Parish Magazine.

Treasury Report

Invoices for the next matches ready for the books.  O/S tennis cheque and Kingswinford cheque.  Diane asks for breakdown of the figures for the AGM Ian already working on this.

Cricket Update

John has got fixtures arranged. Email to Di to organise Teas etc. Need cricket meeting John requests a short break, much needed; Thank you for your energy and hope you will shortly return to full commitment, we will miss your input.  Di gives out net and 1^st match dates.

Football Update

Nigael is ok and will be in contact re funding info. 12/13 May is final weekend of the season.

This Sunday is the semi final in the Worcester Cup for Blakedown GOOD LUCK. Played at Bredon near Tewkesbury.

Kids Sunday team enquiry. 

Contact details for Ian to be given to the school so that an arrangement for after school and summer soccer school via them can be made to use the field, in conjunction with our other users esp Nigel and his youth teams the most likely clash.

Current Pavilion condition

Enough material, time and bodies needed.  Not worth huge spend but will need to be maintained until new build is useable. Clean, Clear, Roof, Paint

Run

DATE FOR THE DIARY JUNE 22 7pm    LOTS OF HELP MARSHALLING BBQ ETC

Run organisers enquire whether funds can be available to start up the event all monies will be paid into the pavilion fund.  Committee approves this. Ian has already provided bank details for funds to be paid in asap

Marshalls by the truck load please.

Di letters to all village organisations to get behind this event for the good of the village – letters to be done in conjunction with the group organising the run ( Vicky, Ros, Judy Lesley, Fred) so no cross over of demands!

Sports committee in charge of the social opportunities on the field, start, finish and during race. (Opp for villagers not directly involved or those that have already played their part to just meet and enjoy eve out.)

BBQ Bar and any other activities and fun to be had.

Land

Usage of the land over the last 20 years draft copy of declarations.  Some corrections to be made and email to Mark tomorrow to consult with solicitor. (After meeting info that land is lodged with the Charities Commission so ownership is safe guarded)

Annual Return, done but returned needs to have named trustees details and signed, this is chair, secretary and treasurer as elected members of the committee.
