1.      DW Welcomes those present and accepts apologies

2.      Minutes from the last meeting.          Read and signed as correct.

3.      Matters Arising. Check through work from previous meeting.  

·         ACTION Ian to do online charities return 23.10.07, break down of income for business interruption insurance, ask Nigel for flyer to drop with Raffle ticket sales (+parish mag. And website inc phone numbers), vandalism letter to go out with as many invoices as possible, ((Ian I will do this you have enough!)Print and laminate No Smoking signs) Fred to ask Parish Council for money for the water pipe, send copy of quotes, key letter to Robin for 6 Pavilion keys. All who have a copy of the Raffle prize request letter to photocopy them and circulate or make verbal requests for hamper items (thank you in advance Stephen!).

4.      TREASURY REPORT.        Fundraising account                5092.81                                                          Sports Account                       1367.19          

Payment received from Belbroughton Cricket Club and The Tennis Club.

ACTION

·         Letter Wyre Forest about the Centre for the zero rated rates. Diane.

·         Rotary print cheque.

5.      CRICKET Square put ‘to bed’ on 9th of October.  Cutnall Green, Blakedown and Cookley join together for labour and to cut costs.

6.      FOOTBALL  Matches on going.  First batches of invoices ready to go out

·         Letter about reporting vandalism, photograph perpetrators, take car numbers, on the letter include the Police number and report the issue to us as well so we can monitor situation, gate locking times reminder so that team managers can lock up as well, ask them to lock up behind themselves if its after lock u times. To go out with invoices.

7.      TENNIS  Apologies.  We miss and need you, hope you can attend for Christmas Meeting (or a representative)

ACTION 

·         Tim Gardiner said there may be a pool of CCTV cameras to borrow to head off some vandalism. To investigate, who?

8.  Church Reader.  Diane Welbourn (come to support as long as you don’t make her giggle!)

9.  AOB Cluedo Stall run by us at the PTA Christmas Fair 24th November 2007. we need approval but if it goes ahead please support us and them. Proceeds to PTA (PTA to be requested for a float, Fred) 

Working Party November 10th. DIY tools, spades and buckets at the ready. Tea/coffee provided. I will buy you all a drink if all the jobs are done!
