57/06 PLANNING APPLICATIONS

WF/06/0334 Extension of a two sided extension at side, porch canopy to the front,

92 Belbroughton Road, Blakedown

No objection

WF/06/0378 Alterations to existing ground floor window in north elevation to provide secondary entrance/exit, Park Hall, Birmingham Road, Blakedown

PC has not seen any evidence to justify the proposed alteration to this listed building and, therefore, objection is raised as this is considered to affect the appearance. The Parish Council has asked on several occasions for an overall plan showing the applicant’s intentions for the site, but this is still not forthcoming and yet another application has been submitted!

It was proposed by Cllr Mrs Scott, seconded by Cllr Mrs Thomas, and resolved that the following accounts be approved for payment:

A copy of a letter dated 22nd February 2006, received by County Cllr Clee from Mr Andy Broome, was circulated with the agenda, for information.

The Annual Parish Council Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 17th May 2006 in Blakedown Parish Rooms

The meeting closed at 9.00 pm.
